Eliza Lamb is a resident of Richmond Virginia, and was born in 1983 and graduated from Savannah College of Art, and Design Columbia University. She pursued her doctoral studies in Art, Art Education, and teaching. Eliza is a photographer who believes in the art of finding images that surround her and uses fully manual medium format film camera, to shoots exclusively with found light.
Her photographs have been featured in exhibitions nationally and internationally and have won numerous publications awards and accolades. She has also exhibited in museums across the south, where she is also a Myers Art Prize recipient at the Columbia University.
Eliza Lamb has earned her master’s degrees in Art Education, Arts Administration, and Clinical Psychology, as well as a doctorate in Art Education. Dr. Eliza Lamb now lives and works in Richmond, Virginia, where she is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Lamb Centre for Arts and Healing.
