Andy Pandy
This is the original artwork produced by an unknown artist for the front cover of the "Robin" children's publication, printed circa 1958. "Robin" was a glossy magazine produced by Holtens Press in Fleet Street, London. They also produced "Eagle" for the older boys, "Girl" for the older girls, "Swift" for the youngsters. "Robin" was aimed at the youngest children.
Andy Pandy was originally a puppet character invented by Annette Mills, along with other children's favourites like Muffin the Mule. Andy Pandy had many adventures with his friends "Teddy" and "Looby Lou"
