How to find us

We are located in Brentwood, Essex just outside London and are easily accessible by car or by train:

By Car
We are two miles from Exit 28 on the M25. Take the BRENTWOOD turnoff (A1023) at the roundabout. You will pass the Trusthouse Hotel on left. Continue towards town, passing over two sets of traffic lights, up a steep hill and past the large BT offices on left and the Police Station on right.

Go straight over the next set of traffic lights into the High Street. Go to far end where there is a double roundabout, known as Wilson's Corner. Here, turn RIGHT, and after 300 yards you will come to a mini-roundabout. Here, turn RIGHT and after 200 yards you will see the Spread Eagle Pub in the middle of the road.

Turn RIGHT immediately behind the pub & the gallery faces you.

The private car park is at the rear of the gallery.

By Train
Travelling by train, we are around 25 minutes from Liverpool Street Station in the City of London. Trains are usually from Platforms 11-18. You can either:

  • Take a fast train direct to SHENFIELD. This will take about 20 minutes and is just over a mile away from us. From the station there are always plenty of taxis in the taxi rank outside the station to take you the short ride to the gallery.
  • Or, You can take a stopping train to Brentwood. This takes about 35 minutes - from there, turn RIGHT out of the station and up the steep hill facing you. At the top is a mini-roundabout. Here you should bear RIGHT into Queens Road. Continue on for 400 yards until you see the The Spread Eagle pub. Now turn LEFT and the gallery is directly ahead of you.

Whatever your travel arrangements, if in doubt, please give us a call and we will direct you in.
